Hey Beauties! :D

Today I'll be reviewing the Botanicals Fresh Care Camelina Smooth Ritual shampoo from Loreal (woah quite a mouthful huh). I first noticed this product when I was at Priceline Pharmacy (Australian drug store), looking for some new shampoos. I didn't really know that Loreal had a shampoo range out that you could find at drug stores, I only knew of their salon products. Anyway, I wanted to give it a go because it was silicon free!

So this is the blub from the packaging:

L’OrĂ©al Paris Botanicals Fresh Care with Camelina Shampoo is a shampoo that will relax unruly strands. Sustainably grown, extracted and concentrated camelina oil and coconut oil will also smooth and tame frizz. The safe and clean formula is enriched with raw botanicals, and doesn’t contain any parabens, silicones or colourants. The eco-conscious packaging is made from 100 per cent recycled PET to reduce impact on the environment, and is 100 per cent recyclable after use.

Sounds pretty impressive, but what did I think about this shampoo? Firstly, I LOVE THE PACKAGING. Pump bottles make me so happy and it's so functional. The shampoo itself is nice and thick and lathers really well, even though it is sulphate free. When I used this shampoo my hair didn't feel gross or sticky after, which is a bonus. Just make sure when you use it, that you rinse really well because the formula is pretty thick.
Another thing I love about this shampoo is the smell. It's got a floral, sweet and slightly nutty scent which makes washing my hair super fun. No one likes shampoos that smell gross. Well, I don't. Plus if it smells nice it encourages me to wash my hair. Sometimes I am pretty lazy... even though I have a pixi cut (at the time of writing this blog post), and it takes like two seconds to wash. But it's winter now and you know when you get out the shower, you are super warm and then this massive cold breeze (from nowhere) just attacks you. And then I'm a snowman with wet hair. Where was I going with this? ANYWAY...

Overall I'm happy to continue to use this shampoo, it smells great, encouarges me to wash my hair and it's silicon free! Have you guys used it? Comment below or I'll never know...
